We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Our customer satisfaction is our priority, as is sustainability. Sadly between 5-6 billion pounds of product returns per year end up in landfills,"online free returns" are mainly responsible for this. That's an unacceptable amount of waste (without adding the transportation emission). Because of that, to follow our commitment to sustainability, we tried to reduce returns at the minimum possible. So please if you're not sure about a product or need more information contact us before buying it.
Mistaken or damaged products
If you received a wrong or damaged product, we will take care of the return and refund you 100% of the purchase.
Change your mind
If you decide that the product is not for your pet, we will accept the return during the next 20 days after the delivery date; however, the product must be unused, unwashed, and all attached labels. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we send an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
